Northeastern Univ – ISEC

Millwork One has been selected to provide the Architectural Millwork and Casework for the new state of the art integrated science and engineering complex at Northeastern thus adding another to its long list of high-end universities completed.
Suffolk Construction broke ground on the 220K SQFT facility in 2014. The university hired renowned architects Payette to provide architectural services. The design highlight’s a complex auditorium millwork package that include and elaborate acoustical “wood fin” system along with a host of unique millwork elements. The project has a “LEED Gold” goal which fits into our green initiative commitment to focus on green projects and further tests Millwork One’s ability to find environmentally kind green materials to use in its production of the architectural millwork. The project is slated to be completed in early 2016.
