Metlife – Phase 1

We are honored to announce that Dimeo Construction has awarded the tenant fit out of the MetLife, Incs. renovation and expansion to Millwork One. The project consists of a 365,000 SQFT fit out of Met Life’s Warwick RI campus.  Through its subsidiaries and affiliates MetLife, is one of the largest life insurance companies in the world. The New York design team from Woods Bagot provided an exceptional space layout that includes many custom architectural features including wooden “Yurts”, custom acoustical ceilings, raised platform meeting spaces and Lego walls. This multi-million dollar package is fast track and will be completed in record time. A true testament of Millwork One’s abilities.
